Thank you for shopping at dgdaniels. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your dress doesn't fit perfectly or isn't quite what you expected, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@dgdaniels.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide the Return Shipping Address and instructions within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once your return is authorized, please pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, dgdaniels will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Personal Reasons: For returns due to fit, change of mind, or style preference, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Credit: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or size.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@dgdaniels.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
